"I have worked with the team at Dirigo for over a year at my employer. When we first transitioned to them as our IT support company, I was apprehensive as I was accustomed to the team and the workflows at the previous provider. They handled the transition completely. I am not trained in technology and don't always speak "tech". They have been nothing but kind and patient with me when I call or email for support. John, our account rep, is patient, respectful and efficient. He understands that sometimes I need help understanding a concept or a term. He works hard to keep us focused on moving forward and meeting best practice. He also will jump in at any time to help solve a particularly tricky problem or connect with another vendor who we are having difficulties with.
