Short answer is NO. But for good reason. SLA's are just metrics by which MSP's measure their staff's response time. Responding to a ticket in most of those cases is simply changing the status to "in progress" when there was no work actually performed. We believe in proper staffing levels to ensure we can respond timely to every ticket we receive. We are glad to prove it by simply introducing you to our clients.
